How to overlay one picture on another in PictureUploader item?

Group Two Images together inside one Group. Make sure the images have the same width and height. On one of the images add a conditional. When this image’s parent group is hovered this image is visible and when this image’s parent group is not hovered this image is not visible.

I need to do this specifically with the PictureUploader element. If I do as you said, then I need to create an image item on top of PictureUploader, which will appear when hovering, but if I create an image item on top of PictureUploader, then it will be impossible to click on PictureUploader, and I need it to be possible to use PictureUploader.
