How do I upload Forms and have export data onto it once users input?

Would it be possible somehow to have users input data and the data gets automatically imported to specific areas of an existing template form which I have?

How am I able to do that?

There can be many ways of accomplishing this. Most input elements include an “initial content” field that can be associated with dynamic data to show certain data to users. You can potentially use stored database entries to load this initial content directly into input elements.
