How do you create an updating ranking?

I’m pretty much completely new to Bubble, coding, and development, so I apologize in advance if this question doesn’t follow expected rules.

Here’s what I’m trying to do. I want to have a database where users can create short arguments (about, say, whether dogs make the best pets) and then vote for which arguments are the best. The idea would be that the arguments would be ranked from highest to lowest but that the ranking would change each time a user votes. Over time, you would have a community-chosen best argument.

I can’t figure out how to organize the database. Right now, I have a thing called Arguments with a field called Ranking (number). How can I modify the workflow so that every time a user clicks a button the Ranking is increased by one? Is it possible to have the Ranking adjust so that each argument has its own tier?
