I have a button that triggers a popup group. I need to use this on multiple pages, so wondered if there was a way to make the two things into one reusable element so I could just drag that reusable element on the page and life would be good.
At the moment I am dragging on the pop-up group and then manually creating the button each time.
Any help much appreciated.
Hey @Siddhartha
Yes it’s totally possible, you would just need to put the button as well as your popup in a RE.
Build a workflow (still in your RE) to show the popup when button is clicked, then put that RE on your pages.
See an example of the RE (editor) here: https://bubble.io/page?type=custom&name=popup&id=ambroisetestapps&tab=tabs-1
And a demo where I put that RE on a page: https://ambroisetestapps.bubbleapps.io/version-test/various-tests?debug_mode=true
Hope this helps

Hi Ambroise,
That was a terrific explanation and example that had it working straight away. What a perfect solution.
I was struggling to figure out how to select a popup and a button at the same time and make them into a reusable element, but after seeing your example I just cut and paste (with workflows) the popup and pasted it into the existing button reusable element.
Thanks again. You’ve saved me many hours
