How do you manage your time during development?

Hey guys!

We’ve been doing a lot of work helping no-code founders strategically fit development into their lives. Most of them (likely you included!) have full time jobs or companies of their own to manage, and yet they’re trying to build an application as well. On top of that, they usually don’t have a programming background, which means they’re also learning how to navigate the software world as a whole.

It’s a lot, to say the least

We just published a guide on strategic time management for no-code founders. It goes in depth on things like:

  • Determining the right KPIs for your software project
  • Specific strategies for planning development (we approach it a bit differently than most)
  • Analyzing tasks within development based on priority
  • And even assessing progress and iterating when goals aren’t being met

If you like the idea of becoming more organized and data-driven when it comes to planning development time, give it a read!

You can check it out here.

We’d love to know your thoughts on how you plan and manage, as well.

I was actually thinking about this today. Great to see such an in-depth article. I’ve gone through it and I must say the information provided is solid.
