How is Reverse RG plugin supposed work?

I have an app with notifications and chat messages on a side bar, rising from bottom up (just like you’d expect on a regular chat).

But then as I use it (expose ID, give ID to RG, then tell the plugin to reverse it), all it does is put the latest message up the RG list instead of the bottom, where it belongs and already was before the plugin.

All I expected was that the RG would scroll to the bottom-most item on refresh.

Did I miss something?

Hi I already figured it out: I had to sort my group list in descending order.
