How to attach the last file from a list to an email notification?

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to send an email notification with an attachment. The attachment should be the latest entry from a list of image (which can be either an image or a PDF).

I’ve tried several approaches, but I can’t seem to get this element properly attached to the email. Do you have any ideas or solutions to suggest?
