Great post George. For starters, I find it outrageous that any agencies/freelancers charge in the 6 figure range for no-code development only to end up using templates and poor data structures/privacy. It defeats the whole goal of nocode which is to test ideas faster and cheaper. I had a client telling me yesterday how he had spent over $300k for his former MVP and how he achieved the same thing with me for under 10k. It made me think a lot about the value I was offering him both in time-saving and costs.
I also appreciate the flexibility your pricing offers for recurrent changes as honestly…almost every project requires some change at some point. As a freelancer seeking to operate as an agency myself…I would seriously consider this and I am curious how the industry reacts to this…
