How to bulk upload csv & assign users as creator of the data (not App admin)?

Hi Bubble Community,

As the app developer how can we upload user’s data and assign to the user as the creator of the data? It seems to be restricted to App admin as the creator.

Use case:
While users beta test, when we make improvements/changes to the structure of the database = will need to export existing data to CSV, modify, upload to live database, assign to the correct user as creator.

Thank you so much for any other forums/videos that might have a solution.
