How to calculate shipping fee based on distance

Hello,
I’ve been trying to calculate the shipping fee based on the distance between the store and the current user’s location. However, I’m having trouble retrieving the store’s location from the database and calculating the distance to the user’s location. I’d really appreciate any input or guidance on this!
