How to change Database specific thing

Guys, I have one created thing , this thing has many filds.
How to change filds of one specific created thing on database by workflow.

I already have many created things and i want to search by specific thing.

But to change fields, you’ll want to use the workflow “Make changes to thing” … Select the thing to change, then the fields within to change.

I have this input group

when i click save activity, this workflow runs

whit those data generates this repeating group

when I click to end pending, this group should look like this

now start my trouble, sometimes to solve pendency, takes few hours, and the user start a new thing before end pendency.

if the ok button click i need to:

get that pending solution input data do a search for same thing was creat before, and change this empty filds

help pls.
