Normally, confirmation email be received by a user after he/she created an account.
However, sometimes we receive inquiry that the user didn’t received any email… 
Is there a way to force confirming user’s account (changing email_confirmed = no → yes?)
So you want to manually set that the user confirmed their email, even though they didn’t even receive it?
