How to create a floating group like Medium right panel

Hello everyone!

I am trying to create a 2 side panel for my home page - similar to how bubble has it for its articles (left) and other recommendations/people to follow, etc (right).

I intend to keep the right panel one floating.

When scrolling, both should scroll together, but in when the right panel content ends, only left should keep scrolling - just like on the medium page.

Can anyone guide me how I can get this behaviour?
