How to create views on existing apps?

Hi there,

I’m trying to give this a try this evening and it’s not very obvious how to create a view from existing app pages.

Maybe I’m missing something? And yes I’ve read the docs

Any help is appreciated.

Hi there,

You’ll have to create these from scratch, but when you do, you can select ‘Web View’ on the view type, and then select a pre-existing webpage to display.

When you say from scratch, you mean I’d have to create the page from scratch right?

Yes, more like meaning you’ll need to create a new View:

but then if you don’t want to rebuild the contents of that View from scratch, you can add a ‘Web View’ to the View (Web View is an Element in Native Mobile):

The properties window of this Web View allows you to choose which page to display:

I don’t see any option to create a new view though, that’s the issue.

You may have to enable the Mobile Beta in your settings - I don’t remember if its on the app level or the account level.
