Hi all! I am here with a question I have been struggling for a few days. I am trying to create a modern looking landing page, with simple wave design below the first element on page as below.
Yet I have no idea how can I create this kind of background. Should I create a SVG or PNG file and make it background? Is there another way to create a background like this?
