How to display feedback to specific logged in user

I am building a LinkedIn Profile Review App.
Step 1 - User is LoggedIn and provide me his LinkedIn profile URL

Step 2 By Admin - I as an Admin should review his profile and provide inputs in a multiple Multi-Input fields

Step 3 User should view my feedback in his View Review Page.

I have Two Data Types
User
LinkedIn Review

Actions - I have taken

1. I have activated Privacy settings -
   a. LinkedIn review - Admin is yes
   b. User - Current user is logged In

Issue- I am unable to display user feedback to the specific user in my repeating group . My reviews are showing to all users. I want to show to the user whose profile I am reviewing.

This seems to be a data issue, where the User’s data might not be sent to the Linkedin Review page

Feel free to share screenshots or better yet, share your editor in view mode

USER DATA TYPE AND FIELDS

USER MANAGEMENT – OWNER – ADMIN

Admin will open the Customer / User link to review their respective profile

AADMIN REVIEW PAGE -Owner Admin

Admin / Reviewer will come to this page from User Management

Following actions will be taken by Admin / Reviewer

• 1. Open LinkedIn Page directly from the URL – I need to know how to implement this
• 2. LinkedIn profile review of Individual user

Once the review is done the user should see the same review after he is logged in and the page name is View-review

PAGE – VIEW-REVIEW (OWNER IS USER)

PAGE – VIEW REVIEW – The user will come to this page to view the Review of their Profile by Reviewer.

The user will also see his or her note shared with the Reviewer. The user will view the section-wise review done by reviewer.

The problem I am facing is –

1. Admin review is seen by all logged in user not just the specific user
