I’ve tried adding the field “number of products” as a number in the “confirm” button workflow when submitting a product, but I am not getting what I want. What I want is that for everytime a product is created the “number of products” is + 1, so that I can show it on the “View Tags” tab. This is for the product hunt lesson on airdev.

why are you using an action to make changes to a list if you are only changing one entry?
Sorry, so I changed it back to create a new thing, but I’m still getting errors. This was not covered at all at the course, my guess is they wanted us to figure it out. I have been trying for like the past 2 or 3 days trying to figure this out.

This is the assignment from Airdev. I’ve tried making number of products as a list of users, but that doesn’t seem to work. Unless I’m doing it wrong. What exactly am I doing wrong.
Well I don’t really know what you’re doing, or what you’re having difficulty with…
But all you need to do is add one to the product count on each Tag any time a product is added with that tag.
Sorryf or the confusion, It’s this portion of the airdev assignment I am having trouble with, but I will try what you suggested.
What you suggested is what I have been trying to do, but I think I may be confused somewhere. My intention was that for every product submitted it’s added to the total number of products for that Tag category.
So, how would I go about doing that? I need help.
Whenever you add a new product, just update the list of Tags associated with it. And add 1 to the product count.
If you don’t know how to update data in Bubble, I’d take a step back… and start with the basic tutorials and the manual.
