I have a list of text and I want to break out each individual item and add it to a new data field as just text. Please help!
Run a API WF on ALL Activities → the action is make changes to a thing (this activity) and set Text Keywords = This Activity’s Keywords:each item’s Text:format as text and set the delimiter to whatever you’d like it to be

I need to clarify that I want to keep the Keywords Data and transform the data to text so that I can use the Fuzzy search plugin to look up words related to the Activity. I hope that makes sense…
What i said above works for keeping keywords data and text list however you absolutley should not keep both as its gonna cause lots of admin and degrade your performance and come back to bite you

What I would put in the Content to show per list item?
I assume the delimiter would be (,)
And I am not sure what to put in the Things to change box? If I just put Search for Activities:each item’s Keywords it does not seem to like that…
It’s a List. You are treating it like it’s a text field. Look at manual for how operators work on each.
