How to get the current rank of Repeating group

How to get the current rank of Repeating group?
The each text of repeating group shows its number of the repeating group.
The 1st of the RG, it shows 1.
The 2nd of the RG, it shows 2.
The 3rd of the RG, it shows 3.
Let me know how to do this.
