How to hide radio button input when next is clicked + linking page numbers to corresponding pages

hi bubble community,

How do I make the page numbers [1, 2, 3…] and the radio buttons linked to my database,

Attached is screenshots and a link to the application,

the questions and images are dynamically pulled from the database when next or previous buttons are clicked but i dont know how to make the radio buttons follow - the radio buttons are static there is 10 of them on the page

when page number 3 is clicked i want it to show the question 3, image 3 and radio button 3 for example but im not sure how to do that!
