How to look up unique id then add unique coded item according to the unique id entered

Hi all,

I need a guidance on how to get this done.

Basically,

Step 1 - each guest will come in and have their photos taken.
Step 2 - Photographer will then upload their image to the database and key in their phone number as unique id
Step 3 - Guest will enter their name and phone number to the website
Step 4 - System will look it up their phone number and pre load their photo based on the phone number on the screen(unique id)

I’m not sure if im doing it right or is there a better way to do this?

There is basically two separate data types.

1)Guest details - Name, Phone number
2)Soundwave img(for photographer to upload) - Name, Phone number, Soundwave img

Appreciate it if there’s anyone out there could help me out and help to guide me on this. Thank you in advance

Looks fine to me. One suggestion - once the photographer uploads the image and a thing/record is created in your DB, you can map that to the User so that you wouldn’t have to run the Do a search for operator, everytime and everywhere you wish to show the image
