How to make a pdf out from data in a group and add it as a file in my databse

hi guys
as you can see on the picture below im making a bill module where my user can create bills from the platform…

i want that when the bill get created from one of the button on top i want a workflow there takes every data in the framed “skabelon” and make that to a pdf with same layout as it is builded in the editor… and then afterwards add that pdf file sa a file to the entry…

i have tried with some different plugins… but cant get it to work… so i hope someone can help me with this

i tried look at that… just dont understand how it should be settted up… because as i understand it it require a workflow for each field, group or element

It is intricate but may be worthwhile you investing the time to learn how it works in order to generate the invoices as you want them (or close to it).
