How to make Icons selectable in a dropdown

Hi Bubblers.
Anyone have ideas or experience how to make a list of icons (say feather icons or any icon set) available to the app’s end user to select. For example, I want my user to create a team name and set an emoji for the Team.

Not sure how to render the SVG element in the drop down. Or what’s the best way to do this.

You could use text emojis and save them as option sets, the dropdown would recognize it as text.
