How do I go about showing related pages or items?

I’m not the most knowledgeable person in this area, but it seems to me that you can change your ‘field type’ in a table and apply it to one of the ‘data types’ you’ve made. For example you can set an employee from a different table and choose the type ‘User’ instead of text to create a relationship.
