How to only make changes without creating data?

Hello,

I am looking at the bubble template https://freelancer-platform-like-fiverr.bubbleapps.io/
When you want to add a new listing, it only shows make changes instead of create new. How is this possible? I need this also for my site but i can’t figure out how they did this, when i try this on my site it doesnt make a new ‘‘listing’’

Use ‘Create a New Thing’ instead of ‘Make Changes to a Thing’

I did that, but i want to know how the template is doing this without making a new thing.

It must be creating the thing in a previous Workflow (possibly when ‘Button Save & Continue 1’ is clicked, or perhaps when ‘Button Add’ is clicked), then simply updating it on each subsequent step.
