How to scale element (animation)

Hi Bubble Developers,
I learned FrontEnd 6 months ago, and there is a scale property in css, and now in bubble I want to use it when hover an Element.
Tell me is it possible and if yes, then please
Help me how can I do so.
And also tell me best for animation,

Build a condition that on hover changes width and/or height of a div equivalent element which in Bubble would be a group,. If dealing with text elements you could increase or decrease the font size. Also … explore the animation setting which allows you further goody actions…
