How to select all elements in multi dropdown

Hi all,

how to achieve this:
after click on that button/link, ALL multi dropdown items should be selected (there are more options possible, screenshot shows only 2 ;)) ? …:

I think you would have save all the values to where you want it to go, then do that in the workflow. I will try to set up an example so you can see what I mean.
