How to select and change multiple repeating groups at same time

I have 2 repeating groups on same page. and same group.

One of “sales” and the other “groups”. “Sales” are “inside” of “Groups” in my webapp.

So I have a searchbox with wchich I have a list of Sales and Groups, if I want to select a specific sales from repeating group 1 and add it to a specific group of repeating group 2, how would you do that?
