How to send URL parameters to same page?

I have these filter options on my page which is connected to repeating group for showing data.

What I want is when the value of these filters changes, I want to show it’s values in the url of the current page only.

we have option of sending url parameter to different page when navigating to other page. How can I do it on the same page?
