hello fellows, i am a beginner and this is my first bubble project. i am trying to build a questionaire for doctors patience where patience get asked a health question and have to pick between 1 and 10.
use a “slider” input element with 10 points on it. In the workflow that starts when they submit the questionnaire, you can set the entry in your database according to the slider’s value,
