How to setup Zeroqode's Drag & Drop to Reorder RG plugin?

Hello.

I need a bit of help understanding how to implement this plugin.

I have a repeating group that contains a list of “Video Ads”. Each video ad has its own index number, and the repeating group is sorted by the video ads index number.

I want users to be able to reorder this list via the video ad’s index number.

The drag and drop feature works, but the changes dont stick after a page refresh or when viewing the list from another user.

Any tips would be greatly appreciate.
