How to show/hide multiple groups using one button

Hello,

How can you show groups one at a time when pressing the add button? I tried using custom state but it only shows one group and will not display the rest. Please help.

It seems like You are using repeating group (not group) here every time you pressing add a contributor you are creating new thing which is new row. So if you check in database now you should find three rows empty.
Correct?
