How to take each item and put to a state in this API call?

So this is like a small text generator app with 3 output , you can see here:

It used to be just one, butI just recently discovered a parameter to make it 3 output.

THis is how I take the first item and put to state before

Now my problem is

I want the 3 output here to be put on their each states
like
rewrite 1
rewrite 2
rewrite 3
