How to trigger upload button?

I have two different buttons in my app. Button 1 is for uploading image. And button 2 is a dummy buttton. Is ii possible to trigger button 1 when we press button 2. i.e. the dialog box to upload files should open when button 2 is pressed just like it happens with button 1
