How to use bubble.io on website?

Hello Everyone!
Two days ago, I integrate bubble.io with my ducted aircon Sydney website. Now, It stopped working and does not appear on the webpage. I check the backend of the website. It gives an error in the code. Is there anyone who faces this issue? Let me know if anyone knows.
