How to use Countries plug-in?

Read the instructions for this plug-in

Example usage: Add a repeating group and set the type & source to this plugin to view countries and filter by over a dozen fields. "

Sounds simple, but it does not work. Am I missing something?

If you can, please provide a more detailed instruction.
