How to you search for a specific type of user. Adding in a string to a field

I am trying to search for a specific type of user. I just put the User type as a string. I can’t seem to actually make this equal to a string.

If the user type is just a string (a text) then just type the value in the constraint after Type of User = (note. don’t click on the ‘click’ button to open the dropdown menu, just click in the box next to the ‘click’ button so you can type the text).
