How would I create an alphabetical list of words under the headings A-Z

I would like to build something similar to the image below. Does anyone know of a plugin that does this or have recommendations of how to build this?

Essentially there is a heading A-Z. Under each heading is a list of words in alphabetical order. When scrolling down, the heading is locked at the top of the screen - this can be seen by the “V” at the top of the image.
