How would I do this? I have no clue how to talk to my database

Hi Guys,

My first time posting here. Desperately in need of some help.

My app has users and service providers, but there are about 6 different types of service providers. I would like for the service providers to be able to specify their type upon sign up and for this to appear on their respective profiles.

I would also like to allow the service providers to choose which cities/areas they would like to service from a list. How do I do this?

Then I would like to create something where if I click on an image it will initiate a search and populate specific service providers which are close by or have chosen to service their area.

How would I do this?

While I do understand the “how to build your own food delivery app” is pretty much what I am trying to do; I am not sure what to replace and when in order to make the small changes I need to do what I’m trying to do. I am completely new to tech and even though Bubble is no code it is still quite challenging for someone like me who is new to tech.
