Hello, based on a PostHog screen recording, we noticed our app did not load for one of our users and they got the following error message yesterday (UTC Fri, Aug 18, 2023 10:11 PM):
“Your browser was unable to load the application data. We’ve been notified of the issue. Please try again in a few moments and make sure not to use ad-blockers.”
We saw HTTP 504 errors on requests to the following resources:
- https:///package/dynamic_js/3264610e680d58bd38ba8b97beef12c3a3afd4470c26e685551ff8bf751ed374//live/shared_video_page/xnull/xfalse/xfalse/en_us/xfalse/xfalse/dynamic.js
- https:///package/run_css/7923634cf59ea78f3a99a3bae251f4298f45b5efad923f4cb1e5489b00fdbd7d//live/shared_video_page/xfalse/xfalse/run.css
- https:///api/1.1/init/data?location=https%3A%2F%2F%2Fshared_video_page%3FvideoId%3D1692387943197x564362451920093200
What could be the issue here? How can we prevent this from reoccuring?
