I don't get an email

I can’t get an email! What could this be related to ? because of whom that your servers do not support my mail provider?
who had it the same way?

Hi,

Can you check the the below:

  1. Is the email created in the live data base or development database as both database are diff?
  2. Check the live or development data base if the email is inside.
  3. Check the spam mail as some time you put photo and UI components it will be going to the spam.
