I don't understand the new pricing structure? What happens to the amount I just paid on the old plan?

If I remember correctly the earlier plan I could use custom domains but now it is saying that I cannot and have to upgrade?

I didn’t get any email about changes, but I was deducted the amount of personal plan few days ago?

I have no idea what is happening here… Any ideas?
