I just mailed ALL my users

I have an API workflow. One title property and one titled property email. I schedule api workflow on a list and I search for all user who’s Property is empty.

Property is a thing and users can have a multiple properties. I wanted to email all of my users who hadn’t added a property, but I emailed everyone regardless of how many they had.

I can’t figure out what I did wrong. Screen shot attached, please help :slightly_smiling_face::pray:t2::pray:t2::pray:t2::pray:t2::pray:t2:

Thank you!

As long as each User’s “Property” is added to the user field: “Property”, then that should have worked…

You didn’t by chance forget to add the property record onto the user field “Property” did you?

Be sure to check your privacy roles. If the “current user” running this workflow didn’t have a global privacy rule(s) that would give them proper visibility, then Bubble likely evaluated all of them to no. Toggle the checkboxes for ignore privacy rules to ensure it runs correctly.

Yeah… that screenshot just doesn’t look right. I’m not sure what we’re looking at there, but that’s not how the constraints fields look.

@keith What do you mean?

Actually, back on desktop, I see that constraint fields CAN look this weird. I’m with the previous respondent, though… Are you SURE you are saving anything in the “property” field?

Visualize that in a repeating group. You might find something surprising and then slap your forehead with a hearty, “D’oh!”
