This is crazy. If you’re only able to offer a full time and experienced Bubble developer $10 an hour then you’re pricing your projects very very wrong

@daniel36 - your rate is quite low for someone with experience.

Like others have said, you will be hard-pressed to find someone who actually brings value at that rate. Some of the regions of the world where low-cost developers can be found are also charging more than your desired rate (assuming it wasn’t a typo ),

I’ve built 3 apps for painting companies before and these apps used different pricing mechanisms, calendar booking logic, quote generation, Uber style matching of jobs and painters, etc. etc. and I think it is a moderately complex app to build.

I built one for myself which I no longer use (fully owned by me, not by a client) and if you’re interested in buying it, please reach out and let’s see if there is a fit.

If the OP can only afford $10/hr, then let him cook. If someone wants to take the job on, it’s on them.

In a free market EVERYONE hires people at the lowest rate possible ALWAYS. That is not the issue raised above. I believe the problem is more with offering completely unreasonable rates and then complaining that the sophisticated app you wanted was not built properly, or blaming Bubble for being unable to build complex apps.

Just a heads up, as a developer and also someone who has hired numerous people on freelance platforms. The person I paid $100/hr to was actually cheaper than the ones I paid $30 and under. The main reason I noticed was that the experts perform faster and produce quality results that don’t need to checked and added even more value from their experience.

The cheaper people were slower so it took them sometimes 5 hours to do what the more expensive engineers got done in an hour or less and lower quality.

The rate might be low for US citizens, but our economy is very weak thus it is sufficient for me. I am not in India
