I need a confirmation box for actions

I need a confirmation box for actions such as deleting or registering a record that returns Ok or Yes or No.

How to do it or do you know any plugin?
Can you help me ?

No plugins, when they click the button just show a popup, then the popup has a “Yes” button doing the actual workflow (and hiding the popup) and a “no” button that just hides the popup.
