I need help with a workflow

I’m making an app where people will be able to find their ideal group, move in together and make shit happen.

This is the workflow i need help with:

When creating a listing, you’ll be asked how many living mates you’re looking for, among other things.

Interested people will start applying, and after seeing their application, you’ll decide whether to accept them or not.

If you accept them, they then have to pay a $99 fee to guarantee their spot.

This will happen with each applicant until the number you’re looking for is met and you’ve found your ideal group.

Now the last step will be for you to also pay the $99 fee to seal the deal.

A chat will then be opened for the whole group to talk, exchange contact info, decide on place, budget, etc, and just make it happen.

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Can you better define the issue you are having within the workflow?

This is all doable in Bubble and should be pretty straightforward for the most part.

Dude… I can’t see this as a workflow. This is a whole idea/app.

Yeah, I got the same message via a PM today. This is a (not terrible) basic description of the operation of an entire application. It can be built, but I’m not going to build it for anyone.
