So i’m trying to make a support messaging system for a small business but for people to get support so they have to enter a code to they can connect to the support member that the support member creates. Is there a way or not?

When the user opens the support page it asks them for a code for them enter that was created by the support member and so the user can chat with them.

There are a ton of different ways to do this, so it’s hard to help without knowing what you’ve already tried and where you’re stuck. Otherwise, it just sounds like you’re asking someone to build it for you. If that’s the case, there are a number of really great freelancers and agencies you can check out.
