I need support regarding the Giv app. I would like to understand what is happening and what the possible solution is for the following issue:
On the “home” page, within the action “Button Realizar Doação is clicked” (marked in red, as shown in the screenshot), some actions inside this workflow are sometimes being skipped or ignored by Bubble.
Specifically:
• In Step 2 (“Create a new doações”), the field “Empresa” is not being registered, while all other fields are correctly stored.
• In Step 3 (“Make Changes to User”), the calculation for “Saldo” is not being processed.
It is important to note that this does not happen all the time—sometimes, everything works correctly as configured, while other times, these steps are not executed as expected.
Could you help me understand the cause of this issue and how to resolve it?
