I still dont understand how to set up my domain

Open up cmd and ping app.bubble.io it will give you the ip.

App.bubble.io IP not mentioned

I had to ping the app.bubble.io record to get the IP. Why is this not mentioned? I can only put in IP addresses in my domain record manager. 104.19.241.93
