I want to delete my account

I can’t use the application because a window appears saying that a message will be sent to my email for confirmation. The email has not arrived.

I wanted to change the password. Cannot, because each time the message appears “This is not a valid password reset request. Please have another reset email sent to you.”. Already got reset email several times and each time the same thing happen.

How can I delete my account from this crap?

By the way, if they have problems with such trivialities, how come people pay them for this application? This is ridiculous.

Great, but to do that I need a password and I cant use my password, because somehow it doesnt work, the same as password reset. So what should I do?
